I have just dumped my 20month old Simpson 8Kg top loader.
Supposed to be the water saving smart machine, trouble is that it did not get the clothes clean and was always going out of balance
Servicemen could not find the problem and then of course it ran out of warranty. Started making all kinds of noises and balance alarm sounded or rather shrieked off and on throughout the wash and spin cycle Finally would not wash, rinse or spin. What a dud, so now bought a Samsun, oh joy clean clothes again. Simpson just does not rate unless the scale goes down to very disappointing.
