I recently purchased a Kenmore 500 washer and am not happy with the results of the laundry. Sheets and towels twist up so tightly, I have to untangle them prior to the rinse cycle and if I want a second rise, I have to untangle again. Lifting the wet laundry out of the tub while it is tangled so badly is a challenge.
