Troubleshooting Problem #3 – E20 Error Appearing

This is caused by improper processing of the shafts connected with the rubber gears of your washer. In the standard Kenmore washers today, it has two shafts where one is connected to motor.

When you turn your washer on, the shaft takes a turn of its own and triggers the other shaft to go into a transmission. After that, it goes into the first rubber or plastic hear. When one of these gears is broken, it causes the E20 error you can see on its programmable LED display. You can order a replacement from Sears and then install it.

Troubleshooting Problem #4 – SUD Error Message
