    The boot or gasket around the front door tore at about 6 months, they replaced it. The washer is 3 years old and the new gasket tore again, when it tears the water leaks all over the floor during the rinse or during slower cycles. The cost to fix it is around 200 in labor and 125 for the part though I believe you can get the part for about 60 bucks and try to do it yourself.

    A defect that the customer pays for, We went in to sears and asked if there was a known problem and they said no. Then I see online that there is definitely a known issue. Don’t but this junk.
