After so many requests and reminders our machine has not been rectified. I was fond of buying Kelvinastor Appliances but due to this irresponsible response I have shun the idea of buying any of Kelvinator appliances. I have purchased Kelvinator Refrigerator some 11 years back till date that has not left even for a single minute to function that is why I was fond of purchasing Kelvinator Appliances but not now.......
