i just purchased a second hand A5503 model, it is working well except the fact that there is a hole(not sure if it is a breather) below the inlet that leakes water out during heavy loads, can you suggest solutions to this challenge.

We purchased Kelvinator Washing Machine one year back but after one month of purchase its Knobs got defunct and spin was not working, when we contacted your Service Centre Srinagar-Kashmir they didn’t respond properly and afterone month of the npurchasing of machine they said it is an obsellete model, we wonder how after a month of purchase any model can be obseleted even if it is so is that Machine to be thrown out or to be rectified. After so many requests and reminders our machine has not been rectified.
I was fond of buying Kelvinastor Appliances but due to this irresponsible response I have shun the idea of buying any of Kelvinator appliances. I have purchased Kelvinator Refrigerator some 11 years back till date that has not left even for a single minute to function that is why I was fond of purchasing Kelvinator Appliances but not now…….
