We did have problems but having a handy man in the house, he was always able to fix it. Wish I could find another one like it. The problem is we tried to do one small load just to see how well id did and I being a man didn't read the instructions. Rather than let it go through all the cycles I advanced it and now the door will not open. Is there a release somewhere or any suggestions you might have?
