Our washing machine broke down after 3 years. The service firstly demanded ~190 EUR, but after I contacted Ariston, i taught they will give me a discount, but not they gave me their “best offer” and they demanded “only” 130 EUR to change the circuit board because it broke down. And now I have to buy new one, but of coure it will not be from the Ariston family. And I will never ever buy something from Ariston.

I’ve bought Ariston washing machine, and i’m very disappointed. They told me that Ariston is the best brand and i totally believed that due to the very expensive price so i bought it but after 1 year it rusted on the face and its very noisy. Not recommended.

Yes, my Ariston has also rusted after 2 years & also on the face behind the door. In disputes with them now as it is just out of warranty, but obviously it has been rusting for quite some time. On purchase we were told it would outlast any washing machine on the market!! It is very expensive to purchase & would not recommend one.

My Ariston rusted after 2 years. The entire face behind the large door is completely covered in rust. The cycle is far too long and the clothes are not particularly clean. Very disappointing.
